Brokerage Charges

Bavaji Real Estates provide various real estate brokerage services to our customers and our services are a cost to the user. We provide Residential Property Rental Services, Property sale services, Property lease services, Commercial Property Sale and Lease services and Consultation services.

Please find the detailed brokerage charges for each service in detail. If you have any questions we request to get clarification with us before proceeding further.

 

2.1 Rental Brokerage Charges

  • Residential Homes (Furnished / Unfurnished apartments, homes…etc)                    *One month rent each from both parties (Both parties = Property Owner & Tenant)
  • Commercial Properties with or without fit out/ Industrial                                         *One month rent each from both parties (Both parties = Property Owner & Tenant)
  • Renewal of Lease                                                               15 days commission for any renewal of lease from the LESSOR and LESSEE or the approaching party.

2.2 Temporary Rental Accommodation

  • 0 - 6 months                                        :          ½ month rent as commission from both parties (Both parties = Property Owner & Tenant)
  • Any lease beyond 6 months                :          1 month rent as commission from both parties. (Both parties = Property Owner & Tenant)
  • Rental deposit exceeding 15 months  :          2% commission from both parties (Both parties = Property Owner & Tenant)

2.3 Sale Transaction Brokerage Charges

  • City (CMDA) Limits – Residential / Commercial  :            *2% on the sale consideration from each party we represent (Both parties =     Property Owner & Property Buyer)
  • Outside City (DTCP / Others) Limits                    :              *3% on the sale consideration from each party we represent   (Both parties = Property Owner & Property Buyer)
  • Sale of Industrial Land / Building & Agricultural Land outside city Limits  :              *4% on the sale consideration from each party we represent (Both parties = Property Owner & Property Buyer)
  • Joint Venture Development  :              2% commission each from the developer / owner on the total land value. (Both parties = Property Owner & Property Buyer)
